Acceptance of Terms and User Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and v12betmy ("Platform" or "We") regarding the use of the website, application, games and services provided by this platform. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers or payment methods, is a breach of terms that may lead to all related accounts and their balances being frozen.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, identification card number (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address. False or inaccurate information provided will result in the account being cancelled without compensation.

• The account password is entirely the user's responsibility — choose a strong and unique password.
• v12betmy is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately via live chat.
• An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal is processed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

v12betmy supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments which use the current exchange rate.

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM50.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• All withdrawals can only be made to an account or digital wallet registered in the user's name.

Any attempt to transfer funds using an unregistered method, or using a third-party account, may result in the transaction being rejected and the account being investigated. v12betmy also reserves the right to withhold payments that raise suspicion of fraud or money laundering until the investigation is complete.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

v12betmy offers various bonus programmes to eligible users. The platform's welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement applied is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example wagering requirement calculation for the welcome bonus:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM500 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

Additional conditions relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• v12betmy reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through improper means or in breach of promotion terms.
• A VIP programme with weekly cashback for Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers is available to eligible users based on their betting activity records.
• All promotions are subject to the terms and validity period stated in each respective offer.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users are required to use the v12betmy platform responsibly, honestly and in accordance with the law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in actions including account termination, forfeiture of funds and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using another individual's identity or information without authorisation.
• Exploiting any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities or odds calculation errors for unlawful gain.
• Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to circumvent the betting system dishonestly.
• Conducting any activity related to money laundering through this platform.

Platform Liability Limit

v12betmy is not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or service disruption arising from circumstances beyond the platform's control, including internet outages, power supply disruptions, cyberattacks, or unauthorised third-party actions.

• The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability at all times.

Account Suspension and Termination

v12betmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term contained in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• A request made by the user themselves for responsible gambling reasons through the self-exclusion mechanism.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Actual funds that may be claimed are subject to review and the decision of the v12betmy management team.
